Hello!

Just joined this forum today after making my years goal to loose weigh. I've currently got 150lb in total to loose but my first mission is to loose 100lb. We'll worry about that last 50lb at someother point. I dont know how it creeped up on me so fast. I've alwasy been a big girl but its really starting to effect my confident now and I'm worried about my health. Its going to be a long road but looking through some of these posts already, you are all so lush so I think I am in the right place! Cant wait to hear all your stories!

I had to google what lush meant in your part of the world. Where I live it means someone who drinks a lot. I like your version better.

I am with you..my first big goal i to loose 100 and then see how i feel..i have been obese my whole life( I am almost 40) I have 4 kids..I want to get healthier as I have high blood pressure..diabetes..sleep apnea and the list goes on..charts say I should be 130 ish but I will be happy when I get into the 1??
