Im now on my former caffeine supplement for diets and it seems to help w/ my energy crisis which i seem to have daily. Im still stuck around 198 Lbs. This is So Frustrating. I am working soooo diligently to get to 190 and its the most difficult task so far. I was there and re-gained a few yrs ago. Thus this is my 1st real goal to get to my original starting point. From there I really want to achieve a 40 Lb weight loss and be 150 Lbs and Never Re-Gain it after that. This is like the most difficult task so far for me. Plus i work and have house chores so balancing all that w/ going to the gym daily is sometimes too exhausting so i limit my gym to about 5x a week instead of 7. Resting inbetween is supposed to be a good thing somehow???But slowly and surely I will meet my goal it just seems to be taking sooooo long to ever reach my goal.
