I no longer do WW, but when I did it I did low carb and lost well. I stopped because the meetings became too costly for me, and I wasn't able to stay on track without the meetings. Also, it was too hard for me to figure out the points in my food.

Because of diabetes, it's important for me to watch my carbs. Since vegetables were zero points I filled up on them, and counted the points for everything else. I also limited the variety of what I ate to make it easier to figure out the points.

I don't eat strict low carb but I do watch carbs. I keep within my points but I also record what I eat at MyFitnessPal and have a carb goal that I keep an eye on. It worked well for me.
