kThe first time or two that I tried it I noticed my stomach had a reaction. After that it didn’t. I asked my coach about it, and like Steph above - they said to make sure I’m drinking the full 16 oz. with it. I think I was, but now I drink a full glass of water after. It does help me, and I drink up to two or three a day on P1 if I’m outside and/or exercising in heat.
