This is it now. I'm 18 1/2 stone and at 5"3 I'm starting to feel it in my knees and back. At 24 I really need to get this weight shifted as I have 2 young daughters to bring up and I honestly feel like the weight is really holding me back. I struggle to get out of bed in a morning and I had gestational diabetes in my pregnancy last year. That in itself led to complications which resulted in me having another cesarean when I really wanted a natural birth.
I hate the way I look and feel in myself but I lack motivation. I've described it in more detail in my blog, I think I'd like to find a weight loss buddy who is around the same weight, height and age as myself.

Hi! Would you still like a buddy? We are a bit dissimilar in height and weight but I would love a buddy too. I am 26, 5'6 and currently 14 stone 7 lbs from 15 stone 2 lbs. I feel like I'm plateaued and don't see any difference in my appearance and it's beginning to frustrate me.

Hi, are you still looking for buddies? I am 28 and 5 ft 5 and as of yet I have not been brave enough to weigh, I feel too disgusted with myself to see the realisation of the numbers. My guess is i am around 12-13 stone.

Okay... so I bit the bullet and weighed *gulp*. I am exactly 14st 7lb and i am 5ft 5in tall. I feel absolutely disgusted with myself and i'm currently resisting comforting myself with food, which is harder than I ever thought x

Hay so I am the same, in that we are different. I am 27, 5ft6 and 20st11 I used to be 23st1 but I have lost that this year and glad to see the back of it. I met someone on here that luckily mostly matched the same as me (except she started where I was, and was way ahead of me). We chat on whatsapp most days and she really helps me think about what I eat most days. Having a buddy is usefull!
