Smile 5lb Challenge #301
Everyone is welcome to join this challenge. Here is how it works. Post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW). Come back anytime to update with your current weight (CW). The first person to reach their 5 LB goal weight is the winner. That person starts the next 5 LB Challenge. Lets lose this weight in 5lb goals .

Im eager to get this 5lbs off, not just because Id like to win :P but because that would mean I am out of the 300's. Im thinking of going into town tomorrow for an early weigh in just so I can either run my legs off for the next 2 days in order to get it off for saturday or check in with a good win :P

Either way good luck ladies keep up the great work.

Scotsgal - hope you get a nice surprise on the scale.

I'm naughty being a daily weigher I know as it takes away the surprise at Slimming world but it does help keep me motivated.

Chuffed it's moving regularly still half way through my first month. Feels good to be over half a stone down this month.
