Finally broke the sonic barriar and got below 200Lbs.
I have been trying sooo hard ALL month, and for the past few months to get below 200 Lbs. I finally did it. Then I went and had some fresh and delish pasta for dinner to reward myself.
Now I must go and pound the pavement and go to the gym AAU and stay an hour.
I have back pain chronically and am usually quite exhausted after coming home from working ALL day. Then cleaning house or doing some chores round here.
Its a miracle that I am able to muster up ANY energy whatsoever to even go to the gym after I get home at 4pm nightly.
This month I have been trying so hard to do everything, including lose weight. Finally, my period finally decided to skip a month. I don't miss it. As a matter of fact I hate my darn period and I hope that it NEVER returns to bother me ever again!!!!!
