Bob Harper (Love the man) popped up on my news feed with a new workout program on DailyBurn called Black Fire. I watched the preview video and I don't think I'm quite ready for his program, but apparently if you sign up for DailyBurn you have access to all the different programs. It seems pretty affordable and you get a free 30 day trial.
I'm just wondering if anyone uses it. If they like it. Pros. Cons.
