Default Its amazing what 10 lbs can do!

Last year I weighed my highest at 229 lbs. Then I exercised and dieted for 4 months and lost 34 lbs. From size 18, I went down to size 16. Since I am Indian, I wear Sari with a tight blouse often and I started feeling good in some of my old blouses that I hadn't worn in ages. Then starting May 2014, I skipped the good habit of exercising and went to my old habit of being a couch potato. Over the period of 8 months, although I watched out my diet, I still gained 10 lbs and went to 195 lbs from 205 lbs. I am currently exercising and want to lose another 25 lbs this year as my goal. But what is amazing is that my old blouses (Indian) that fit me perfectly when I was 195 lbs are tight for me now, although I do not feel any difference wearing an XL sized shirt... So this shows every 10 lbs matters when it comes to dress sizes! I never expected this!

I know exactly what you're talking about!! A 10 lb difference for me means skinny jeans or sweatpants. These days, I'm wearing more sweatpants even though I do fit my skinny jeans, but they are TIGHT. I didn't even gain much!
