I ate a gross chocolate cupcake at work today. Ugh. I wish I hadn't now, but I'm logging my food for today and I don't know how many calories it had. What would your guess be? Im thinking 400?

Do you happen to know the brand, or how much frosting? I'm seeing everything from 280ish(stuff that is grocery store bought, usually comes in plastic containers with 6 or so in them) to almost 600 (large bakery cupcake with sugary frosting) with a google search. 450 or so seems like a good middle ground.

It was from a grocery store. It was a pack of 12. There was frosting but not a ton. It was colored frosting, not sure if that makes a difference.

I'd probably call it 350-400, but it's the sort of thing that's hard to estimate.

Thank you. I don't usually eat things that I cant count calories for, and I probly won't again.
