I want to walk more. It's funny because walking feels so nice, yet I have an extremely difficult time committing to it. & I never make it far enough to make it into a habit.

I'd like to walk an hour everyday, but that might be a bit much, so I might have to start with a shorter walk and increase every week. Because sometimes if I walk too much after a while of not having walked, my legs begin to kill me. Anyways, that's my goal! It's to walk more. Good luck to you, you can definitely do it

I'm working on walking for september. I walk a set distance (2.1 miles) so Right now my goal is to get through a little bit faster each day. I walked last week, and this week I've been timing and dropping my time (so walking faster) I will keep walking one more week, then begin the c25k program, once my body is used to the walking. I'm slowly going to add in some strength/core training, but since my usually MO is to start like gangbusters, then fizzle fast, I'm trying something new.

I'm trying to get my body fat % under 25%. Right now I'm at 26% down from 32% when I started. I've been working out 5x/week including lifting weights and have biceps when I flex for the first time ever
