Hi all. Has anyone done a cleanse besides the IP one? I'd like to do one, but don't want to shell out the $100 for it. Thanks!!

Yes, I have.... I actually bought something from Walmart called the Super Colon Cleanse. I took it for 10 days... I took four in the morning and four at night (both with my shake or dinner). I was able to lose a total of 10 pounds over those 10 days... it was worth it to me! It wasn't too bad BUT towards the end I knew it was time to give my stomach a break...haha! I continued to follow the IP protocol as listed.

There was a thread on cleanse just a few months ago you can look for. The overwhelming consensus was 1) most IPers including many very successful ones did NOT use ione; 2) those who did for the most part did not get the sense that it added any benefit. YMMV!
