Day By Day (Tuesday)
Well, I didn't accomplish my goal of drinking all my water or getting all my veggies. I blame the second job--I didn't have time between jobs to prepare veggies.
My goals for today are the same as yesterday:
1) Drink my waters.
2) Eat my fruits and veggies.
Of course, I also want to stay in my points range and exercise, but those aren't as tough as they used to be.
