Hi guys !!!

This morning I only had two pieces of Turkey bacon and 2 cups of coffee!!

I didn't eat a mid morning snack 'cause I was to busy!!

for lunch I had tuna salad made with boiled eggs, dill pickles, tomato bites, lettuce, tiny bit of onion and alittle bit of real mayo

I don't know what I am doing for dinner.

Got to go...I am trying to get all my work done so I can just play all weekend.

Breakfast was a protein shake that tasted salty for some reason. Maybe the bottom of the cottage cheese container is salty?
Lunch was a chicken breast and some cucumber slices.
Snack was smoked salmon spread on celery
Dinner is going to be lean turkey patties, salad with hummus dressing and steamed bok choy with black beans. NO WINE!
I really had a craving for ice cream this afternoon but stomped it out!

Before going to the pool I had 1/2 cup l.f. cottage cheese with 6 raspberries and some Splenda. (Imagine cou nting out 6 berries, LOL)
After swimming I made a lovely omelet which had a bit of onion, green pepper and spinach and 2 slices of back bacon.

Lunch:
1 reheated ground beef pattie
salad with oil/vinegar dressing

I'm finally not getting carb cravings. Wahoooo!!! I just have to remember to keep it simple.

Dinner will be
Another reheated ground beef pattie
green beans and cauliflower
salad.

Snacks
1 Tbsp peanut butter (no way could I have just 1 tsp. LOL)

Sil, I saw the pistachio pudding while ago and almost bought it instead of vanilla. I'm glad to know it was good. I will get it next time. To tell the truth, I thought this dessert was going to be disgusting, but it was better than I thought. Anyway, let me see if I can remember what I've eaten today between embroidering 6 shirts, smocking half a dress for my little girl, and sewing 3 handbags!!!!!! Gosh, no wonder I'm tired-anyway this is it:

Breakfast:
2 eggs and 2 slices of Canadian bacon
Lunch:
2 chicken weiners and some green beans
Snack:
SF jell-o
Dinner:
baked pork chop, green salad with chipped up lunch meat, shredded FF cheese, and a little mayo as dressing
and probably too much of that ricotta dessert!!!!!!! I was just plain out impressed with that stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I didn't over do it!!!!!! I've lost 5 pounds in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay-I'm sure a lot is water weight, but oh well, I'll take it anyway!
