Default Sell me your IP cookbook, please
The rarest used book on Earth appears to be an official IP cookbook, either an older one or one of Chef Verati's collections. Anybody want to sell a used copy? With all I'm spending on supplements and foods, I just don't want to pony up for a brand new copy. Sadly, many of the IP recipe collections on the web are NOT compliant and feature carb ingredients. PM me if you want to make a deal!

The IP cookbook for phase 1&2 includes a bunch of off program foods and recipes are not labeled for phases.
