jelly belly exercises?
I am on this journey primarily because of two back to back pregnancies (I was pregnant for basically two years!), including some significant bed rest and LOT of water weight gain and two c-sections due to difficulties.
Anyway, as the weight starts to come off, my arms, legs, and caboose are looking okay loose skin wise, but I am definitely getting a significant jelly belly/loose tummy skin, which with the c-section scar makes a nice pooch. I know it will hopefully re-absorb as the skin tightens. My coach suggested that exercise will help, but she couldn't give me any specific exercises to do (yes, my coaching hasn't been great). I don't want to overdo it (I'm primarily a jogger/yoga type), but I'd love to hear what others are doing or what their coaches have recommended. I have a ballet for core strength video, but I tried it a few days ago and I started feeling light-headed after a few minutes so my coach didn't want me to try that again. I would love to go back to yoga, but my teacher left the area and I don't like the new one so much.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
