I order a potato puree from two companies in Europe. I will check the actual packet of powder when I get home from work to see if I can get more info. The puree I order a generic brand packed in the companies own boxes. I order from avidlite.co.uk and protislank.nl.
You can try the Dixie Diner Carb Counters instant mashers from netrition.com. Protein is only 8grams, but if you add a couple egg whites to your recipe it ends up at 16grams of protein & 128 calories. I just don't know if this will bake the same way the IP potato puree does.

I checked the puree packet. It's a white envelope, potato puree is written in french, english and dutch, its made in the EC, 28g package. No more clues.
It says to mix with water, butter, cream in order to get the "potatos". But I was looking for this alternative for the Potato Rolls recipe (not to actually eat the mashers by themselves). May do for the IP substitute in the rolls?
