Today was my 3rd weigh in. Missed my goal by 2 pounds, but I still lost 3. Only made it to the gym 1 time last week and made some bad eating choices this weekend, but overall, still happy that the scale is moving backwards.
Way to go! Every pound helps!!! You should be proud of yourself for still losing even if you had a bad meal or two - it shows you're really dedicated to keepin' on even if you stumble once or twice.
Great job! The first week I lost, the second week I gained (had more than a few stumbles that week!). So you're doing wonderfully. Keep up the great work!
Yeah Good For you! You are making it work and just think.... today you weigh less then you did just 1 week ago. Doesn't that feel great!! Way to go go go!
