lolloveschocolate i CAN do this!!!!!!!!!!!! Thread Starter Join Date: Nov 2012 Location: Kent Posts: 47 S/C/G: 230/226/140 Height: 5 4	5:2 diet. anyone else diong this diet or know someone who is? how you getting on? am a bit confused. doing the maths i can still have 680 cals on "fast" days but if i go basic i only get 500 cals? any help would be great. thanks.xx
