Default Bouncing back and forth between 204 and 205

ONDERLAND WHERE ARE YOU!!!

So as the title says Ihave been bouncing around between 204 and 205 with HUGE effort, what is going on? I go to the gym daily and eat pretty clean.

I feel like because I lost the last 20 lbs so easily my body is fighting with me.

How do you handle such a thing?

Do you know how many calories you're eating?

My question would be the same as freelancemama ? Exercise is good but reducing calories is a must to see a loss.

Yes, plateaus are frustrating but normal. I got "stuck" recently too.

One that thing that does help to get the scale moving again is prune juice... a small glass morning and evening really does help.
