What Are You Eating Today, IPeeps? Wednesday, October 31, 2012
Phase 1: 100 days or 14 weeks, 2 days
Breakfast: Chai Tea...Chocolate EAS shake with coffee
Lunch: 4 oz hamburger, lettuce, 1 slice tomato, mustard, cafe mocha eas
Dinner: 4 oz hamburger crumbles, cucumber, mixed greens, pickles, 1000 island
Snack: 1/2 chocolate EAS shake

Breakfast: Proti Diet Maple brown sugar oatmeal, coffee w/2oz Pure Protein vanilla RTD
Lunch: Romaine salad with peppers, onion and zucchini, Balanced Protein rich chocolate caramel bar
Dinner: Went to Applebee's last night for dinner, so having my Asian chicken over cucumber lo mein tonight!
Snack: Balanced Protein creamy cheesecake
