S: IP vanilla drink with coffee, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon
D: Salad with canned tuna

D--Salad with turkey burger crumbled on top.

Lunch: broccoli cheese soup with 2 cups of steamed broccoli added.
Dinner: dry pan seared seasoned chicken breast with zuchinni and mushrooms.
Snack: raspberry jell--surprisingly good!
