Hello everyone!
I am new to the IP -- I am actually starting it tomorrow. I have struggled with my weight for so long, but IP seemed more up my alley because I do have insulin resistance that I am currently dealing with, so I am a carb battler!!!
Anyone have any helpful tips, hints that would help me with this program to succeed and not be frustrated to the point of wanting to quit!
