Arrow My Loss
This week I have lost 4 lbs. But then easter is tomorrow, so hopefully I won't gain any.

I am going to my family's house, so what I am going to do is, prepare my meal, and bring it there, so I can eat with the family, but not what they are eating.

(They always eat ham - and I cannot have it and don't like it.)

So I feel pretty good about tomorrow.

So for two weeks I have lost 13 lbs.

13 pounds in 2 weeks is amazing! I wish my weight would come off that fast.

Congratulations. Success is measured by the little momentary accomplishments we make every day. Getting through tomorrow eating your own food and staying OP will be another chance for success!

Ham is pretty darn disgusting. I am bringing my own piece of chicken to be grilled tomorrow.
