Default Nashua order for alternatives -- Restricted?

I just received my new Nashua order, and I would just like those who have gone alternative to check my work, so to say. I'm pretty sure I have down what is restricted or not, but I would like to know for sure before I start munching down on things I can't have:

Restricted:
Healthsmart Protein Bar Variety Pack
Proti-Thin Chocolate Covered Soy Snacks
Proti-Thin Sour Cream and Onion Soy Snacks
ProtiDiet Chocolate Soy Cereal
ProtiDiet Pizza Dinner

Unrestricted:
Healthsmart Strawberry Kiwi Drink
Healthsmart Hot Chocolate Variety Pack
Healthsmart Cheesecake pudding and shake
Healthsmart Strawberry and Banana smoothie
Proti-thin Strawberry Pudding
Protidiet Honey Soy Nut Cereal
Protidiet Chili
Protidiet Orange Concentrate
Protidiet Wildberry Concentrate
Protidiet Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal
Protidiet Bacon and Chesse Omelette
Protidiet Chocolate Pudding
Protidiet Vanilla Pudding
Protidiet Tomato and Basil soup
Weight Loss Systems Strawberry Cream Pudding and Shake
Weight Loss Systems Chocolate Chip & Marshmallows Pudding

Could all you alternative dieters just do a quick glance over and makes sure I don't have anything under non-restricted that you used as restricted? I would appreciate it!

The protidiet chili has 11g carbs. I thought that made it restricted

6g of dietary fiber gets subtracted from the total carbs, making it 5g net carbs, and unrestricted.

No worries. Dietary fiber is not digested, and does not count towards your carbs - subtracting that from the total carbs will give you your net carbs.

noir...one of the things i did when i ordered the protidiet honey nut soy cereal and the chocolate soy cereal....as i just checked the honey nut and saw that it was unrestricted...then i ordered both flavors!!....only to discover the chocolate was restricted...

i mixed 1 packet of chocolate with 2 packets of honey nut....then divide back out into 3 servings...which all become unrestricted. then i can have unrestricted cereal anytime...and its a mix of both kinds

sometimes i even mix in chocolate soy puffs and ip cinnamon apple puffs....and its a 4 blend!! i love it like that! a little bit of wonderful treats!!

just remember to add in all the totals of each individual packet, then divide the totals into the amount of appropriate servings.

they all freeze perfectly.....and travel so easily!! these are some of my go-to must-have products!!
