Breakfast: Health Wise Amaretto cappuccino in 1 cup coffee

Lunch: Proti Diet Pomegranate Raspberry bar, 1 cup diced jicama w/cinnamon & Splenda

Dinner: Cauliflower pizza w/WF BBQ chicken and green peppers

Snack: Proti Diet vanilla wafers

Breakfast: Chocolate Fudge EAS shake with coffee and 1 c. spinach

Lunch: Not too good of a choice, small romaine with dressing..not nearly enough...

Snack: Vanilla EAS

Dinner: potsticker patties with honey mustard and a green salad

Snack: Cafe Caramel EAS
