Default Back on the WW wagon

I just recently re-signed up for weight watchers again. I was following the momentum for over a year, lost 75 pounds, had surgery in December, sat around recovering for 3 months, lots of meds etc, not following plan, jump foward 10 months and bang put 40 pounds back on! Time for a fresh start! Following the new points plus plan this time around, I did try it when it first came out but I wasn't a big fan because I loved momentum but I'm going in open minded this time around. Hard to stop sharking at night, what got me into trouble to begin with and what I got in the habit of doing. Wish me luck!

I just re-joined WW about 6 weeks ago. I was a Momentum fan when I joined about 2 years back and even tried it on my own for a bit. However, I really needed the weekly weigh-ins and meetings to keep me honest, so I too am back on WW. So far PointsPlus is working for me! Best of luck to you!

Thanks for the encouragement! I forgot how good it felt to be eating 'clean' again. I find that when I am following the plan I am so much more creative in what and how I cook and make the best tasting meals! Feeling good to be inspired again! Excited for this journey to continue!

I'm sort of in the same boat. I did WW for 11 months and lost 98 pounds. We found out we were having our third child and after giving birth I was back up 54 pounds. I signed back up for WW about two months ago and am down 24 pounds. Working slowly back to where I was and then some, hopefully.

I've been on WW since January of this year. I also count calories at MyFitnessPal. The combination is really working for me. I do online only at WW and I've found an amazing support system through the blogs there.
