I've started it today along with my son, who loves it of course. I was wondering if it works for us more, uh, mature, gals. It seems pretty simple. Anyone else following it? How is it going?
I like the Paleo plan. Helps me stay on top of my type 2 diabetes. I've been eating like this for nearly two years. Have lost weight and started feeling really good.
I've got other issues that are messing with me now and I've been struggling with staying on the plan. I'm sticking with it about 70%. Try to get back on plan at 100%.
