Dinner: will have to see what the work cafeteria has to offer - bringing romaine with 2 cups chopped zukes, red peppers and red onion and will rustle up some protein.
Breakfast - Coffee, pudding muffins with WF syrup
Lunch - Tomato basil soup poured over zucchini, mushrooms, and shredded beef from dinner.
Snack - Chips or bar (haven't decided yet)
Dinner - Shredded beef with taco seasoning, chopped raw onions and lettuce leaves to wrap.
