Default I'm back and ready to do it right.
I was here for awhile..and then left because I was going through some things in my life..but now I have moved to a new state..got a new job..and ready to get my health in order. When I joined I was 240... I lost 10 lbs.. and then gained back 26.. so when I moved I was 256.. now I am down to 230.. Now to lose 80 more! I am here for the long haul now. I need all the motivation I can get

Yay! Sounds like you are in a place to make this work for you I'm new to the sight also... good luck with your weight loss and all the fun there is to being in a new environment. Have you found active things to do in your new area?

I saved some outfits in a large rubber maid container that are from when I was a "normal" weight; I pick an outfit a month to hang where I can see it to help me envision what I want. Can't wait to wear them!!

I too have been off for a while. I'm currently waiting to start my new job. I have gained weight since the last time I was here - most of it back to be honest! Grrr - why do we do this to ourselves?
