If the carb content is 20g of which 5g are sugars, would this mean the other 15g are good dietary carbs? I understand those two types of carbs: simple and complex. So simple are things like sugar while complex are better carbs for you. Would those 15g of carbs go under as complex carbs?
If you are trying to watch your carbs, which number would you focus on trying to keep low? The full 20g, sugar carbs of 5g or the remaining 15g?
