Default Beem going to gym almost 30 days in a row
I am making my goals efforts rather than outcome. And this time I am not giving up until I reach my goal. Sometimes losing so much can be overwelming (especially if all the people you know only need to lose 20 and you need to lose 100+)

I weighed my self a week and a half ago and lost 3 lbs since.

This week I am aiming for 5 but will be happy with 2.
