Default Upcoming roadtrip - suggestions and support?

I'm going on a week long road trip for work, and I'm feeling a little anxious about the fact that I won't be able to count calories or track with my GoWear Fit. I've spent the last few months counting calories religiously, but for this week it's not particularly feasible - we'll be eating out a lot, I don't want to appear to be measuring food out in front of my coworkers, and I'll have limited internet/access to calorie tracking websites.

My current plans are to try to eat intuitively, keep a loose count in my head, not drink too much, and go for a run 2 or 3 times while I'm there. I should realistically also just focus on maintenance while I'm there, rather than weight loss. That said, I'm a little afraid that I'll go completely off plan while I'm there and then fail to go back to my normal routine when I get back home.

Any suggestions or thoughts?
