Zumba is more of a workout than Just Dance 3. JD3 is good for when you have friends over or something, but not so good if you truly want a heart pumping workout so I would recommend Zumba by far. The othef Wii game I have had success with is The Biggest Loser Challenge (its the blue one, not the yellow one). It customizes your workouts to your current fitness levels and its a new routine everyday so it keeps you motivated. It also helps with some weight tranining. However, time does move slower since its obviously way more fun (in my mind) to dance around to good music than it is to do regular workout moves
