So I was looking at the part where it shows you 1,2, or 3 month chart of your weight loss, is it me or does anyone see dramatic drops around the 22-25 of each month? Post yours cause I'm curious of everyone's patterns
I just started myfitnesspal a few days ago so I can't say how it will turn out yet, but I used to keep graphs when doing Weightwatchers and often noticed a better loss just after my period. Conversely I'd often have a small loss or maintain the week before my period.
