I feel like this is a ridiculous and basic thing to be able to do lunges properly but it was a big victory for me!
I've never been able to do dynamic lunges (I'm very weak and I didn't know how to get in the proper posture) but I've been going to a resistance training class at my gym and today I managed to do the whole set of dynamic lunges in proper form!
I'm super excited for myself
being able to do the exercises properly actually makes them easier, I find. And I can definitely feel myself getting stronger!
