Hello, everyone!
This is my first time to this site but when I saw it I just had to join. I love the name of it LOL I've tried joining other forums that are related specifically to the diet that I am doing but my problem is that I just don't stick with a diet long enough and then I feel bad for quitting and then going back. I don't think I'll have that problem here
I have a HUGE amount of weight to lose. I gained weight with my first pregnancy and never got back down after that. I have a grand total of 70 pounds to lose but intend to set little goals between now and ending weight so that I don't give up.
My first goal is to lose 10 pounds. I actually started yesterday on the Nutrisystem diet because my mom had about two weeks of food left over. So I'm going to do that for two weeks, which is basically just a low calorie diet, and then I'm going to try to switch over to the atkins diet or I may just simulate the Nutrisystem diet. I'll see how I feel as I get closer to the end of the two weeks.
