I have been seriously considering starting Wonderslim. I know there are many post out there about people using it. I was wondering if anyone who is currently using this program could give me some feedback. How do you like it? How much have you lost? What are your favorite products? Suggestions? I really appreciate any advice or information you might be able to share with me
Check out the Wonderslim thread for lots of great advice! And the diet direct thread has many reviews on the different foods you can eat on plan.
I've lost 14 lbs in a little over a month. I'm newly diagnosed hypothyroid, and it is not yet under control. This is the most I've lost on a diet in years. I feel great and I'm not hungry.
I have not personally tried it either, but I'm hearing very great things about it. Might be worth a shot. Many are trying it because it's cheaper than a lot of the other plans, and they seem to be losing quite a bit in the beginning. I'm waiting to hear back on some longer use results. The shakes are what make me really want to try it because I often don't have enough time to sit down for a meal, let alone organize, count calories, etc.
That's awesome. What is a typical menu like for you daily?

For the women's plan; daily you eat 7 meal replacements, 1 dairy(or an optional), 1 fruit, 1 veggie, 1 protein (4oz lean or 3oz very lean), 2 vegetables, 1 starch, 1 optional.
I exercise 1-2 hours daily and have a physical job, so what I do is:
Eat 5-7 meal subs. I up the protein to 6-8 oz, have three-four vegetables, one fruit, two optionals, 1 starch, and 1 dairy. I also have one cup of tea with about a tbs of half n' half each morning. I usually do not eat both the carb and the fruit daily.
Thank you. I'm looking at the site now b/c I'm not sure what the "optionals" are. I have a ton of product already so I'm going to put it together for my plan. I just have to figure out how it all goes together. I know I can't afford to buy all new for $800+ for 3 months. I want to lose a significant amount over the summer. Thanks.
I do not use all Wonderslim items. I use a variety from the different companies, nashua nutrition, my diet shopz, the different brands from diet direct. I keep the replacement meals to items with lower carbs, with 10-15 gms of protein, and about 80-150 calories.
I do not know the expected weight loss, it would depend on calorie limits, metabolism, and stuff? I am down 14 lbs, after 5 weeks; for the last week and a half I was not strictly on plan as I was in FL/Disney World. I am not weighing in until I've been back on plan for another week.
