Ditto on the always chubby, ditto on being in the 220's, ditto on the calorie counting, and ditto on the Zumba!
Running and me however despise each other. LOL
I've been here only a couple of months, but know it has been instrumental in my loss so far!! So jump on in!!
Everyone is different, so make sure to check out as many forums as you can! I've tried numerous different things, but as I am a fan of number crunching, calorie counting has become my niche!!! I also walk a lot, and am progressing towards jogging. Good luck!!!
Helllllooooooooooooo Good luck with losing weight. I need to lose loads too. Gonna have the proper weigh in on Sunday when hopefully the house will be Easter egg free!!!!!!!!!
