Hello all!!! I am happy to be joining this community of women who have similar goals. I am hoping to get support on this weight loss journey. I have lost some weight on my own, but I'm looking forward to getting back on track. I've lost my weight from eating a whole foods, gluten free diet. I've done little excercise and find that this is where I need the most support. I constantly ask how did I let myself get here. I refuse to stay here. So here I am seeking support from you!!!!

Hi, from a fellow Louisianian good work with your progress so far. As far as exercise goes I usually swim but if I don't have time I ride my bike or even lay on my bed, raise my legs and ride an imaginary bike! Also have some 5time pound balls that I use for random arm exercises! Glad you found us, this website is fantastic
Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I find it so hard to actually motivate myself to get out of the house and move. Maybe if I had someone to walk with or we could be accountable to walk. I've lost 3lbs in this entire month. I've got to do better.
A little more about me..... Ive been diagnosed with PCOS, but I've got to shed some more weight to be healthier. My husband and I would like to get pregnant.
This is my third day on IP and so far, I am feeling good, except for a slight headache in the afternoon. So glad this site is here and I know there will be great information and sharing!
Like everyone here, I am hoping that this will be my "last Diet" before I get to the Nursing Home!
