The handout I got with my introduction packet says I can have up to 4 packets of stevia or splenda per day. However, I find that when I have more than 2 my cravings increase. So just be careful

None. Just give it all up, the real things like fruit will taste sweet enough.

Our coach says 4 as well, but we she says to count your WF products and Crystal Light if you have any toward those too. Not sure what the "correct" way is.......

Good question...I don't know. WF has sucralose/splenda, most of the powdered drinks have aspartame. I have WF everyday in something, but how much sucralose is in it? who knows... Now I also use stevia instead of sucralose because stevia has some good data that says it actually helps to control blood sugar.

Oh, one more thing...the packets of any sweetener usually have maltodextrin as an anticaking agent, and the body sees that as a sugar. Maybe that's why the coaches say to limit it?
