Default Thanks to more than 3 Fat Chicks...

Just want to say thank you to all of you who hang around these threads...
Today I hit my 20 lb loss mini goal. There have been many times where I've been ready to throw up my arms and dive into a pile of chilis nachos.

But reading everyone's support, encouragements and struggles like my own, has played a big part in my motivation to stay the course. My next -10 I suspect will be tough, this weigh rang is usually where I plateau and give up. But mentally this time I feel ready... And thank you for helping me in this journey

Congratulations on your 20 pound loss!! Don't fear your next step. My fearful plateau range was the 180s. In previous attempts, I'd never made it past the 180s. This time, I was determined...and I'm sitting at 132 now...nearly 50 pounds past my mental plateau point. You can do it!!
