Talking Fav. Fast Food Healthy Find

I know fast food isn't very healthy but sometimes we have no choice but to stop in the drive through so what is your fav fast food healthy find? Mine is the chicken fajita pita at jack in the box. Only 326 calories!

I am following WW, so I don't know the calorie count, but my favorite local fast food place (Braeda in Lincoln NE) has three different soup/sandwich(or even pasta) combos that are 11 or 12 points and a HUGE meal!

Starbucks protein plate. Not all of them carry it, but it help in a pinch. Hardboiled egg, apples slices and PB, grapes, cheese & crackers.

I wish we had one of those in Texas, Jacque! And I'll have to see if my Starbucks down the street has that. I think they do...or did...that sounds good!

I've seen Starbucks advertise that plate but never actually seen them have it! It must be popular or something! Hah!

I just get real particular when I get fast food. Like, asking for no cheese and sauce, etc. The snack wraps at McDonald's are actually decent for you if you do no cheese, no sauce, and grilled chicken.

Au Bon Pain little portions in the plastic cases. They have calorie amounts on the box

Also, McD's Southwest Salad without chicken. 240 calories with dressing.

I like Moe's Southwest Grill. I get the salad bowl, I put pico de gallo, pinto beans, guacamole, cucumbers, and back when I wasn't vegetarian chicken, but they have tofu too! All this on top of a bed of lettuce. With chicken its 300, with tofu it's 255. They have a great website that tells you exact calories for each item you add to your dish.

The Subway breakfast sandwiches with egg whites and a bit of cheese. Add on tomato and spinach. Under 200. Not sure if they serve them all day.

They do. I used to work there. Actually, I'm in my subway shirt in my avatar. I loved making those for break when I was there!

Subway-veggie or turkey, no cheese, with mustard-no mayo or other sauces, just piling on veggies.

Swiss chalet- we get the family dinner and I get the breast and give skin to DH or someone else. lol There is always someone around me salivating for the chicken skin. I have a baked potato plain and the sauce is not too bad points wise.

I'm a sucker for Panera Bread. Their soups are so good. And I love that they post their calorie count on the board so you know exactly what you can afford to get (caloricallly)
