Good Morning Guys!!
Well Today it has been 1 week since Hubby and I Joined WW and started our new journey... Well Its def been a tough week getting used to all the tracking and counting and learning to adjusts servings sizes etc etc..
Well we both lost 4 pounds!!! I have to say of course i don't SEE a difference yet.. BUT i do FEEL the difference inside.. I don't feel as sluggish as before, I'm going more regularly to the potty (its a good thing) I enjoy making new fresh healthier meals and planning our week is hectic especially with a toddler around but even he gets to eat good with us! I'm really glad we decided to take on this journey and I always come on here for support and new ideas so thank u guys too and lets keep it going .. we can do it!!!
This morning we had a Green BFast smoothie and it was refreshing and not sweet.. I'm sharing it in case you wanna try it!
1- cup whole milk
1.5 Banana
handful of fresh shopped cantaloupes
handful of fresh spinach leaves (to liking)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sugar
chopped ice to your liking
Blend together- makes 2 servings of 12oz - I haven't added to the tracker for PP value but its prob going to be like 4-5 PP
*PS- is anyone having issues loggin in to the WW site? I keep getting error messages?**
