Question Tony Horton 10 minute Trainer?

Has anyone used this set of workouts? If so, how was it? Any good results? I tried P90X, but with the workouts all at least an hour, I just can't keep it up. Plus I get migraines easily, and all the upside down work in these workouts was not good. Thanks for any input!

I haven't done it, but I do know people who have. 10 Minute Trainer is a good starter. After that try to work up to Power 90, which is 30 minute workouts. You might find after you do those, that you're ready to do P90X. I did my first complete round of P90X this year. It felt great.

I did most of the p90x for a month and gained 5 lbs instead of losing. The Plyo video was crazy hard. It was my son's set and he dared me to try Plyo, which I did, but every time I did it, a few hours later I'd have a migraine. Raising my heart rate that high always gives me a headache and then I can't workout for days until the migraine is gone. Not a good cycle. The yoga video also triggered migraines because of all the head down poses.
