This week I will....
* Keep my carb intake low
* Eat more salads
* Eat more protein
* Drink more water
* Drink NO alcohol
* Get my butt back into the gym!!!
~Exercise 1 hour minimum every day
~Limit my sodium intake
~Get the go-ahead from my doctor for training for a half marathon in 2012
~Get back to the Y for swimming and weight circuit
~Keep focused on my goal even when I have house guests (and snacks) around
