Default How bad is it?
that I had TWO restricted today?

I had the soup and a peanut bar, did not realize the soup was restricted

now I"m worried it will throw me off ketosis

Soup is not restricted, I have soup every day for lunch and my dill pickle zippers for snack.

Soups aren't restricted. And besides if for whatever reason you did have two restrictives in one day, the worst that would happen is that your carb count would be too high for the day, but that still wouldn't kick you out of ketosis anyway. So you're all good.
