You know phase 2 isn't really that different from phase one. The only thing you do different is instead of having a IP packet at lunch you have a protein of your own.. I usually have leftovers, or 2 eggs, or tuna, or deli meat. It adds to your lunch. I love hot spinach salad which uses egss so I eat that and tuna salads or a taco salad, it gives you more of a variety... after all this IS what we are all working towards eating healthy and not the protein packets. It is the next step on your journey, you can still continue to lose weight in phase 2 I did I also lost in phase 3 so all is good. Enjoy it.
