to "Let's Move It"!
This is a challenge to help us move just a little bit... or alittle bit more.
Caution... If you are new to Ideal Protein, you must consult with your coach as to when you may begin to exercise.
All other challengers, please check with your coach and/or doctor before starting any exercise program/challenge.
So, this is a weekly challege. Let's make this a Sunday to Saturday Challenge.
The idea is to make a goal to as how many minutes a week you will exercise. If you like, you can go on tickerfactory.com and pick out a ticker and keep track that way, or just post it here. (example Goal: 120min / 30min to date) I think when we see it in writing, it gives us such encouragement to keep moving. Whatever works for YOU !
