Default Hot flashes

Just wondering if anyone else is suffereing from hot flashes since starting this diet? It's freezing here in Ontario, and yet I'm having periods of intense sweating and being hot that sometimes I've stood outside to cool off In just a t-shirt. Even only wearing tshirts it still happens 4 or 5 times a day!

I'm 41 so I'm wondering if it's the diet or could I being starting to go through "the change" already? ( Thought I was still young for that though LOL)

Karen

It's quite possible that it's IP that's triggering the hot flashes. It's been known to mess up that TOM. When I started IP it was TOM and I've been spotting every day since (although I did have a 2-3 day reprieve).

I thought I was at the "other end" of my hot flashes, but yep, they're back with a vengence since I started IP. Now if I could only get them to come when it's freezing cold and I have to be outside!! O
